• We find the right property that matches the family’s needs.

• We contact you with a quote before signing any documents.

• We meet personally with the policyholder to view properties that satisfy their criteria and qualify under their ALE coverage.

• We sign the lease and advance all moneys necessary at move-in.

• An invoice and a copy of the lease are sent to the insurance company for payment.

• Disaster Services handles everything with the policyholder until they move out and the security deposit is refunded.
