to determine the familys exact housing requirement.
- We find the right property that matches the familys
needs.
- We contact you with a quote before signing any documents.
- We meet personally with the policyholder to view
properties that satisfy their criteria and qualify
under their ALE coverage.
- We sign the lease and advance all moneys necessary
at move-in.
- An invoice and a copy of the lease are sent to the
insurance company for payment.
- Disaster Services handles everything with the policyholder
until they move out and the security deposit is refunded.
